Our Aging Resource List: ❤️🩹 Shared by Real Kootenay Women
A few day ago, I casually threw up a reel on Instagram asking for resources about aging, hormones, and perimenopause. I figured maybe a few women would chime in.
Instead, my phone exploded.
Messages, comments, DMs, texts — so many women wanted to share what’s helped them, what they’re learning, and what they wish they’d known earlier. It honestly turned into this beautiful, collective conversation full of honesty, humour, and really practical advice.
So here it is — the list that we built together. These are the podcasts, books, supplements, and experts that real women said made a difference. Save it, share it, and keep talking about it.

What I love most about this list is that it didn’t come from some clickbait— it came from us.
Real women sharing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what’s helping them feel a little more human through all of it.
If you’ve got another resource that’s helped you — a book, a vitamin, a voice that makes you feel less alone — send me a message.
Because the more we talk about this stuff, the easier it gets for all of us. 💗
